Yesterday my ex husband left a very nasty text messege on my cell phone.Get this he called me a whore and accused me of cheating on him while we were married which I did not do.He said all that just because I refused to have sex with him.I have moved on from him.I divorced him because of his internet porn addiction and no longer want to be with him.I guess he has trouble moving on.

He is frustrated...I have done that too. If he thinks you are fine and are happy then he will feel and think the worst of you. The best medicine is to ignore it. My STBX does. When she broke up with me, I said some things that were mean. Because she blindsided me with this breakup. So I know how he feels. Again, the best medicine is to ignore what he says. It might make him mad, but don't fall into that trap. It will slow down and end soon. Good luck and hang in there.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
