My stbx has done so good keeping the kids away that I dont get to see my son today on his 9th b-day. I know it is much more for me to be there on his special day but I cant help in thinking that he will miss me. I love the little guy and I pray he understands that I want nothing more than to be with him. I just wish his mother was not so angry and hate filled.

it really sucks when parents use their children to hurt eachother.. you're right Im sure he misses you and wants to see you.. or at that age atleast see what present you bring him.. I hope you have a lawyer working on some kind of visitation arrangement.. Good Luck!

That's really tough. Hate when parents use the kids as weapons. That just hurts the kids. Can you talk to a lawyer, maybe get some visitation rights?

It's my 18-year-old daughter's birthday also today. Happy Birthday to both our beautiful children. I am so sorry you don't get to be with him. With my daughter, she's 18 so she only wants to be with her friends. I am sure your son knows how much you love him and is looking forward to when he sees you next.

Please get your lawyer to handle this. There will come a time when the children will become old enought to have their say in who and how they would like to spend their time. Keep showing your love and it will outweigh her anger and vindictive spirit.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
