I was in my husband's laptop trying to install Skype so he can use it while he is gone overseas and when I was trying to log-in his profile (he claimed he didnt have an Skype account) just pop and what did I see?? He did have an Skype account and his Skype picture is of him with the OW and he was skyping with her while he was in school in October. When I asked him about it he just shot down and said "I don't want to talk about it", "It's over", "just leave it alone". It hit me like a nuclear bomb, I started sobbing, crying, my mind just went in a fog, I just wanted to die. Never felt like that before, is like I went into a black hole and I couldn't get out. I didn't want him to see me like that but he did and then he said he love me, he was sorry he hurt me, that he and the kids needed us. I finally calm down cause my children do need me. What don't kill us makes us stronger....... I'm hanging on by a thread but still here.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

I take it he's military? Unfortunately the long separations do tend to breed that behavior. I may not be the best person for advice right now since I'm in the process of leaving my husband, so I will leave it with this:
Good luck, stay strong and do what is right for you and your babies.
Therapy together or alone is the only real answer for you. He or She will identify your feelings and help you work through them
Hard to work on a marriage when one is always gone but work on you dealing with this...things will never be the same as before you found out. But lots of couples get through these things, especially in your living situation.
I agree military life doesn't really support healthy marriages, you have to work double hard just to stay connected.
I'm so sorry. Sometimes it's good to have one of those major meltdowns though. Sounds awful, but it's cathartic. Hang in there and stay strong.
Made me so sick and I cried for days afterwards. It will eventually pass. But don't focus on it or it will eat you up. Try to care and do for yourself and it will slowly get better and hurt less.
Having gone through an emotional affair, and staying married to a military veteran, I know first hand the challenges of a long distance relationship, and either way, staying or going, takes a toll on the self confidence!
Hang in there, you are going to make it through this thunderstorm, hurricane winds and all! You are not alone!
