I'm tired of the finger pointing and labeling, but for some reason it makes people feel better about themselves.
Psychologists love it too because labels give them something to bill for.
It just gives them another weapon in the arsenal to use against the other guy
I can use my time making myself happy or the other guy wrong.
It's not my job to dismantle and fix someone else
I don't think there is such thing as a stupid question.
I struggle with the same issue on what do I really like to do......I used to go out and drink! That was a lot of fun but it wasn't good for me. I liked sitting around playing video games all night but it wasn't doing anything for my future.
My new thing has been beginning a little project on Pinterest! One month I did a squat challenge and it was awesome to finish and do 250 squats on the last day! Then for the holiday I did all these paper decorations I saw on there and drilled holes in ping-pong balls to stink on a whole strand of lights. I have been looking at making this rock mat to put in the bathroom.
Sometime a good date night with yourself is nice. Popcorn and a movie. Then a hot bath in candle light.
I'm kinda an athlete and I don't know if you have them but they have 5K's or even these mud runs through out the year. I have attempted to do 3 a year! You don't actually have to run but I have never had anyone at the event say anything nasty to me. It is a fun environment!
I'm here to help. I am here for help myself. & you can't do it alone!

Tough Love some put out to help us open our eyes and some are blatantly Rude but you will find people on here that have compassion and will give you good advice or share their story in a way you can relate to. I think that you are so used to being a mom as me when your kids leave you being to think more about where you are at in your life and you need to stay busy . If you need to talk I am willing to listen anytime. Hugs
I received some good advice from friends once my wife and I separated seven months ago. He said, start thinking about myself and start doing things for me. Therefore, I started going to movies, the theater, jogging, fitness club and others. I started to feel good about myself. I added you as a friend and hope to hear back from you.

One thing that helped me change was my faith. Do you have a faith or a belief system that can help you through this time in your life? I relied on my faith---a lot. Maybe you could join a church or a support group. You might meet new people and make new friends.
Blessings to you and your family.
