Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.

After I gave birth to our second child, my ex had a vasectomy, so him getting his girlfriend pregnant was the one thing that I never had to worry about.
She may be pregnant, but do you even know for sure if it's his? I'm sorry but cheaters...well they're cheaters. Ya know? You might just end up very glad to have no part in that mess.
How to face it? One day at a time. Hold your head up high and KNOW that you were a good wife who kept her commitments and lived in a way that you can be proud of. You can make it through this.
Big big hugs, Patti
Know about him and the GF the better off you will be, tell
People that too. Knowledge is not power at this point it will
Only serve up more rejection, betrayal, hurt and pain
This whole process is full of grieving and Facing ourselves
and our new reality also feeling our uncomfortable Feelings
and emotions and sitting with them.
Its not easy facing things as you move thru the Divorce Process.
This would be a good time to Lean into a therapist and/or a divorce
Care group.
Betrayal takes a long time to move thru even post divorce. I
believe the healing does not even begin until after the divorce
Is final and its legally over.
With my ex i found out pretty much what was going on, I am sure
there were things i was blessed not knowing. Now that i am Post
divorce i do not want to know anything about him and his GF and
what they are Up to or doing. That helps me with my healing. HUGS
