Personality trait . . I think it's a toss up between being a smart woman who isn't afraid to show it(some like to act less intelligent than they are) and my sense of humor, I can usually find something funny in the worst situations helps save my sanity.
Physical . .that's the hard one I am insecure and often don't have anything good to say about that one.

Personality: Sometimes, not always, but sometimes I pull myself out of my own misery to try and offer help to another...I do this through posts here and at my job as an HR manager...dont know if that counts as personality though...
