Oh yeah, I was nice enough to give her 1 line replies to the first two emails, not I am not responding. Maybe she will get the point....I DON'T FREAKING CARE!!

I was talking about this 10 minutes ago with my friend. My STBX puts in details lie that in every email and conversation. I hate it. I cant get away from it because we have a child together so we have to communicate. I am going to have to get used to it because she wont stop. Hope you can get through it.

I say no contact...give your heart time to heal and maybe in time you can be friends, if you have children together it is more than likely imperative that you do have a civil relationship, if possible. So sorry you are going through this. Tell her, yet again to keep things strictly business and no small talk. Protect your heart.

Shes trying to tell you indirectly that she really isnt happy with her decesion; she wont admit that, but thats my take.

She is trying ot convince herself that she didnt screw up, yet reality is setting in for her.

It is a game that she's playing with you, telling you all this bs, and it must be affecting you if you're posting...I UNDERSTAND..done it myself...dont get me wrong...im a good person, but we all get caught up in the nonsense of relationships...im teaching myself to be AUTHENTIC...and part of that for me...is to be honest with the games i've played..and babbling to him about "ALL THAT I HAVE GOING ON" is part of it...im just trying to puff myself up to make it seem like he's missing out...NONSENSE...if he wanted to be part of it...he would..and, im thinking...so would you...and you might, but just not by her trying to entice you by stories of her "business"...im a fair girl...and i know when im playing games..sounds like she mite...be doing that with you...i can see that you care...you can care and not induldge her..just be true to YOU!!!!! xoxoxoxo

frankly, what she's doing is selfish and cruel. You made it very clear to her that this kind of "chit chat" would only hurt you and she's doing it anyway. I think that speaks volumes about how she cares about your feelings. I'd set up my email rules (if your computer allows this) to flag her emails and sort them in their own inbox or saved box. that way you can deal with them if you want or not.

I agree with the other posts. I also think it's her way of keeping you "on the hook." Don't reply to her emails or texts unless they directly relate to you in some way and are about the business of ending the marriage.

I think she wants the benefit of having a husband to share the day-to-day stuff with, but she doesn't want to invest in the emotional work of keeping the marriage together. Sounds very selfish to me.

Sorry this is frustrating for you. Sometimes this whole situation can just make you crazy.

Worked for me Lipstick, took a while but it did end up working.

My stbx used to do that. One day he emailed me 10 times. The emails got progressively angry as I didn't answer them. He did get the point and doesn't email anymore. If your wife emails--read them if you choose to and then delete or just delete them w/o reading. It may take some time but she will get the point if you don't respond.

My H calls when there is absolutely no need to (usually about three times a week). I really dont get it, he moved away to be with his slut, he doesnt want to be married and I am giving him a divorce. He knows I have found happiness with someone else, what gives?

Heave, I don't know what is harder. My wife left me too, but she doesn't contact me at all about anything. So I dont know what is worse. Having a wife leave and talk to you, or having a wife leave and act like you are dead.

I don't know either, but my husband acts like I'm dead. Even to the kids..he acts like I'm dead. Never mentions me to them, like I never existed.

He's such a fucknuckleasstard. It's actually amusing, except for hurting the kids.

Having the ex not contact you is a blessing. Although it is painful it will help you move on in the long run. When they contact us it doesnt hurt as much in the beginning but it prolongs the pain and doesnt allow us to detach from the relationship until much later. Sucks!

I would have to use the no-contact rule, if he was contacting me. That would be too painful.
