I was driving around last night at 2 am and I was minding my own business. Hell, it was too cold to get out of the car and I didn't plan on doing something. This old beat up car drives by and a headlight is out. I figured that I would go ahead and stop it...it was really cold but I was REALLY bored because nothing else was moving.
Stopped the car. The driver didn't have a license. He tells me that he is suspended, habitual offender! He tells me that he has one prior conviction. I run his stuff and he is not lying so I arrest him. I SPECIFICALLY ask him..."Is there anything in the car that I need to know about? Anything that will hurt me or stick me?" He says no.
Underneath the driver's seat I see a spoon with white residue on it. RED FLAG!! That means only one thing, heroin. I see a small canvass bag and I open it. Yep, you guessed it, two needles, rubber turnicates, and another spoon with residue.
I go back to the car and read the guy his rights. I ask him about the stuff in the car. He says "Ah Crap, I forgot that I had that in there, it is my works kit. I used it this morning to shoot heroin."
I really hate finding that stuff in a car. It really makes me nervous when I am searching the rest of the car because it is really going to ruin my day if I get stuck with someone's needle.
I also find a crack stem in the works kit. I end up with Three Felony Warrants for a car that had a headlight out. Just for good measure, I also charged him for not wearing his seatbelt (got to get the seatbelt ticket) and the broken windshield.

Smoke it, snort it, or eat it, it isn't as bad as shooting it. Shooting it denotes needles and high risk of problems. I HATE finding needles. It gives you this sickening feeling in the pit of your stomac when you were just reaching around the area where the works kit was and you really couldn't see where your hand was that well.
I also work Raves where people are thrashed on Ecstasy. A lot of minor. We clal their parents and the fuckhead parents ask "WHy did you let my kid take drugs?"

50 thousand peple and we're supposed to worry about YOUR FCKING KID! Ive told many parents to go fuck themselves as well as the cops.
My kid brother at 18 years old was arrested for drug abuse. The judge allowed all his juvenile convictions to be brought into effect. My mom was pleading for us to talk on his behalf. I told her, "No way". At 18 years old, he got 10 years and is serving it in Texas. Hes been there 7 years now". Mom still thinks he was the victim. I told her to ask the people that he robbed for drug money if they think hes a victim.
Family or no family, fuck them.
An of course their kids couldn't do any harm on their own. Not at all. Little Johny would never do anything like that.
The the medics ask her friends in front of the parents. "Has she ever done E before", the friends say yes and the parent slose it caliming they (The friends) are jealous of her"

Few years ago a kid blitzed on E took a knife to a drug dealers head and sliced it off. Nobody found the headless body till the morning and the guy was waking up wondering what he had done. THE KID SLEPT NEXT TO THE BODY! We had to surround the kid not knowing what the hell we were going to do.
