My bosses wife always comes into our office building and basically orders her husband (my boss) around. They have a great marriage and I think it is in part to the fact that he does everything she wants...Is this the key to a successful marriage? I mean they have been married for 30+ years. Do you have to kiss ass to make a marriage work?

The key words here are " Whatever you say honey" How come men can't learn that? My dad says it all the time and my parents have been married over 50 years and have a great marriage.
The day they stop respecting you for one reason or another (and it could be any stupid thing, by the way) is the day they walk out.
