Everyone always told me that "keeping busy" is key to getting through these rough times.
Well, I have been super busy this week with work, and you know what ?
I can't believe it is Thursday already. This week is flying by. I have barely had time to dwell on the sadness.
I get little pangs here and there, like this morning, eating breakfast alone (in the dark - come on spring, get here soon), I missed companionship.
But then it was off and running again...
As simple as it sounds, keeping busy really does help.
PS - I have also come to the realization that I did all I could to save the marriage and make her happy, and she left anyway to pursue some other guy she just met.
So I am no longer responsible for whatever mess she gets herself into, when this all blows up in her face.
I give my permission to not feel guilty.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
