Since a while Ive been thinking about karma. I already stoped believing in destiny, burried all my dreams and been always sticking to the reality. But I cant help thinking about karma.
Is it real? Or isnt it? Is karma something that we cant avoid in different periods of our life time? Do we always have to pay for what we did? Recently or long time ago, or pre-pay for what will happen in the future?
I have done some researches about karma, therere different theories: causes and effects, emotional intelligence
Ive often been unlucky in love. If karma is real, then my thing is: I dont know what Im paying for. For sure, I was never ever an abusive person in a relationship. I dated different types of guys: IT, businessman, engineer, officer I always ended up being broken hearted.
Yes, I learned a lot after each relationship. But when I know how to deal with one difficulty, therell always be others that are much more painful. Everytime I think that I have reached to my boundary of suffering capacity, just like a miracle, my boundary seems widening. The more aged I am, the higher pain level Im experienced. And it seems never stop.
What am I paying these pains for? Yes, I am seeing now in the mirror a more careful girl in selecting men. But then what?
Is my karma that because Im so good at widening my boundary so that I will be tested more about suffering capacity? That I will have to experience more sorts of broken heart situations?
Is this a karma? If it is, then what am I paying for? For one day I will find my half who will be perfect? Isnt it sarcastic?

it would happen after the hurt that we have endured.. I know I sure do because I know what kinda of Man I am and how I treated her so she thinks she can find better GOOD LUCK

The way I have come to see it is, we're all striving for something in this life, even if it's a little peace.
Me, I'm trying to be a better woman, a better human being each day than the day before it. I pay close attention and keep asking myself what I did wrong or sloppy, and how to do it better next time.
If when the time comes I can look back and say I grew and gave my best (kindness, compassion, engagement, attention, love, care, support) to my son, my parents, my lovers, my friends, my career, my community (and myself) then I hope I'll feel satisfied I didn't waste my time here.
If there is someone or something keeping score of my choices, hopefully that bean counter will be satisfied too.
And if there's no bean counter, well, at least I gave myself the gift of a clear conscience, and my son a good role model.
I figure that's the most I can do.
