ok so my oldest daughter has a mood disorder, wont diagnos her with bipolar, but she does have aspergers, so yesterday, both my kids were with their mother, and my oldest had a blowout tantrum over something, so the phone started ringing off the hook, my STBX the one who cheated and left, starting going off on a tirade about never having time to herself, blah blah blah, ok
to explain the kids, my STBX works midnights 5 days a week, they go to her house after school i pick them up afterwork, at 6:30 and they sleep at my house 5 days a week, they do sleep at her house when she is off, but i am still their taxi service not to bad mouth the spouse but cause she is lazy, yes i get free time in this but i also have the kids way more than she does seh rarely feeds them after school so it becomes my job, i get them bathed do their homework and feed them nightly.
ok back to my rant, so i tell her i will come get them and the kids dont have to come to her house anymore so she can have all the free time she needs, since she is pissing me off at this point i say, so your alcoholic boyfriend can come over and screw you all he want.
again side story, my wife has two boyfriends, one in another state who is a convicted murderer,. and the other an alcoholic who used to be my best friend but i got tired of cleaning up his messes and focused on me.
she then begins to tell me that the alcoholic wants nothing to do with her either, Jimmie (thats the murderer) is better man than both of you.
now i lost it, i flipped out on her over the phone after 13 years of marriage, i get the a convicted murderer she has never met only talked to on the phone, is a better man than me, WTF

As for your kids, make sure you have filed for cs. If you are providing most of their support, you should have help from mom.
