Oh...I better explain this a little. D. B. Cooper is the mysterious person who Hijacked a plane and demanded some ransom for most of the people on the plane. The FBI gave it to him and ended up sky diving out of the jumbo jet while it was underway. He was never heard from or ever seen again. He jumped out somewhere over Washington State, I believe. He was in the middle of a huge area of wilderness.

Anways....that is where the D.B. Cooper thing came.
