So today I hear from my lawyer, stbx has through her atty entered a motion for costody, child support, spousal support and exclusive use and possession of marital residence. She has also entered a motion for a pyschological evaluation of me, saying my behavior is erratic and unstable, and that I am depressed.
So in response, I have authorized my atty to do the following:
- send interrogatories and requests for production of documents designed primarily to begin the process of exploring her claims for medical impairment and inability to work
- Obtain medical records from any doctors she identifies
-Depose her
-Get the records from the company that offered her full time employment and she turned it down the day before she was scheduled to start
-Get an occupational evaluation of her
-Arrange for a child custody evaluation
And so it continues, my life, in misery, due to inability to co-exist with the woman I thought I loved, the woman I wanted to live my life with. The woman I now want nothing to do with.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
