Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
I have been here for a while now. Here is what I have noticed:
New members find us every day. They are in a state of shock and sadness.
Members that have been on here for a while are in the process of healing and are moving on with their lives.
Older members here start coming on here less and less as time moves on.
The new replinishes the old, the old moves on and sometimes comes back. It is like the cycle of life itself in a lot of ways. You can watch people heal and come full circle and go one with things. It is really an interesting thing to watch.
My one major comment is that it is amazing how much we have all helped eachother. It is really nice to know that human beings can still look out for another human being that is down and needs to be lifted up. This place has saved lives and helped people.
To all of you on here that have helped me...Thank you. To all of those that are on here helping others....Thank you. To the new people...Thank you for sharing your lives with us and helping us heal as well.

Well put Heave. It is amazing.
Its a good thing to watch. Some stay longer than others and thats ok. Some com and go. I know for me some friendships I have built here with last a very long time.
I just wish people could come together like we do here in good times too. Seems the bad always shakes us up and makes us know we "need" one another.

Sometimes I worry about what iife is like after DS. Is there such a thing? :(
Made too many great friends to even think about that.
