my ex! He will not leave me alone and feels it necessary to wish me daily to "Have a great day or blessed day" or some other stupid shit! Also if he tells me one more time He hopes I find happiness and someone who can give me the "love I deserve". I am going to puke!! I usually just ignor it but I would love to find the perfect come back to knock him out! He is just trying to make his guilt go away. He wants to hear I am happy and loved so he can say the hell he put me through was all part of God's plan or something! Any ideas for a comeback besides a Big F U?

Tell him that you don't desire to hear that from him because it comes out as falsehoods in your opinion...he had it all and he didn't appreciate it and you don't appreciate hearing this from the someone that threw it all away. Just doesn't ring as a sincere wish. That's what I've told mine...he tells me he loves me daily and even wrote a letter to the person I had feelings for....creepy.

Just tell him that "I am going to have a fabulous day as soon as John comes over and lights my fire like only he can do", it might not shut him up but it sure will give him something to think about.

Do as I did change your home number, change your cell phone number (no more text messages daily from him) severe all contact with him. Just because he is a schmuck and it makes him feel better to put his guilt on you -do not allow him to do it - let him wallow in his own guilt. You are better off going about YOUR LIFE without his crap.
