Too bad we can't divorce our ex's..again.

The first time I divorced him because he cheated..amongst other things..and who wants to be married to that??

Still attached to him..by those two gorgeous creatures otherwise known as my sons..I am finding out that the first divorce wasn't enough.

I still have to look at him. Talk to him. Listen to the nonsense that comes out of his mouth like the recent statement that he is "tired of being a checkbook".

I have to spend an hour educating him about my oldest son's dental history because he doesn't want to pay for braces. He never went to any of the orthodontist appts. before because he says he "didn't need to".

I have to deal with the emotional fall out when he gets engaged to the OW and doesn't bother discussing it with the kids. They find out when she shows up at his Mom's house wearing the ring and they discuss the " blessed event" without saying one word to the kids about it.

I could go on..and on..and on..

I didn't want him to be my husband anymore.

I don't want him to be my ex-husband either.

Anyone know a lawyer that could help me with that :)
