I am one month out of an abusive relationship with a woman who has Borderline Personality Disorder. We were not married. On a Friday night when she was going to leave for a weekend with "family" I told her I had had enough, she had to get out. On Saturday she and her next victim came with a UHaul and took all her furniture and most of her clothes, some of my clothes, my linens, and when I wasn't looking, the box with all our important papers in it. Three days later her daughter rang the bell and returned my credit cards, bank statements and utility bills. I had to change my account numbers just to be safe.

I sent her a certified letter stating anything remaining after 30 days would be considered abandoned. She replied "keep the shit, my new boyfriend said he will buy me better shit."

My computer, which was working on that Friday night would not work on Saturday. When I took it in to be looked at I was told it had definitely been sabotaged. I sent her a message, "Thanks for leaving physical evidence that you sabotaged my computer, you can forget about getting your stuff, it all goes in the trash except the family photos, which I will save for the sake of your kids."

I didn't really trash her stuff yet but I did take the photo albums to the man she is legally married to (but separated for 3 years) and I sent her a message that nothing remains here that is her property. I am just too afraid of my reaction if I were to see her again.

Now I'm not sure what to do with her remaining clothing and a few boxes of odds and ends. Should I really get rid of them or message her again? Her 30 days are up on Saturday.
