Well tommorrow I go to court again, this time for his contempt of court trying to sell house, after it was written in court papers that I stay here until son graduates 2011,I know that sounds harsh for him ,but bear with me he wanted son to stay close to him ( we live in Orange county CA )there is know way I could afford to stay im home so he bought me out, and pays mortgage instead of spousal support, Mind you that is what he insisted on in court, I was not allowed to move to where I have family and support, at the time of these decisions my son would have been starting 7th grade, where all the kids are new kids, adjustment would have been much easier on him, now son is a n9th grader in HS if we have to move it will crush him.
I feel that when someone gives thier word that they need to honor it, my x gave his word to my son and to court that this is what was to be done, now even thoug he makes almost $25,0000 more a year he can't make it work Where is his honor? how to you teach your children to speak with intergrity and honor when 1 of thier top role models fails to do so..
