some extra hugs today. I don't often ask but today is both my mom's birthday and it was a year ago today that we learned what my ex had done. Both work with each other to make me feel worse and when I really am the most upset about is that I wish more than anything that my mom was here so that I could talk to her about what I have been dealing with and get a hug and have her tell me that everything is going to be ok. Last night was really bad for me and this morning wasn't going to well either but then a friend called and talked some sense into me and it has helped but it is still proving to be a rough day for me.
