Idk how to feel today but I know that I am in panic attack node on the inside and my anxiety is rising... This will be the first time in 2mos that my ex is coming over to see our 3 out of 4 children that cares to see him now... Im trying to be the bigger person and allow this for my children since they say that they are ready. Especially since I have been coaching forgiveness and encouraging them to forgive him for abandoning our family while I have been down and sick in the gutter... But I just wish that I was just as ready too... I just keep on thinking about how he just threw us all away and moved right in with some other woman he met on the internet... And no she isn't beautiful im way more attractive than her, I have your children, I have stood by you through thick and thin, and the moment that I am weak you leave me it hurts so bad and I just can't believe it or make sense of any of it!

He will get his carma and by that time you will be well on your way to a happier life. You just have to give yourself time to heal ... it won't always feel this bad ... I don't feel the way I did in the beginning I am excited for my future and I realize I will be much better off on my own. Do things to improve your health and well being it will boost your self esteem and you can build from there ... I promise it will get better but you have to be good to yourself ... I had a heart to heart with myself and even though it's hard that my STBX left me he did us a favor cause if I thought I was happy with him imagine how happy I will be when I find my true love ... hugs

Wow are you a great mom :)

You're putting your children and the values important to them emotionally over your own feelings, and I applaud you for that.

You also need a breather and to take extra special care of yourself. You deserve it!

As for the other two, I wouldn't envy them.

You're a decent, strong woman and you deserve someone in your life that is worth everything you have to offer.

Many men out there would treat you like a queen.

Thank you both so much! The visit had a fee hiccups but I let it go ahead according to my plan. He did some things that we had already discussed that wouldn't be allowed but I let it go in front of our children. And when I left the room because I wanted to give them alone time and I didn't want to have to see him it hurts me... He still made his way back to my room to say some things to me and Im just Luke understand that if you don't want this family we are not friends or anything! You chose a complete stranger over your family and home for 14 years. And you left when your children's other sole provider couldn't even care for herself. So I am just speechless... But I am going to pray tonight and move forward... Thank you!
