On the way home from work tonight, I had a breakdown. I knew this moment was bound to happen sooner or later and finally it did. While commuting home from work, my tricycle got a flat...my life sucks...

Guys that care seem to get the brunt of the crap. After I kicked out my stbx she abandon us. She disappeared and hasnt come back.
It totaly sucks even more for the kids.
Sometimes I want things back the way there were. But I know That was worse than it is now.
I know that I have a whole in my heart the size of a tricycle and want it filled in instantly.

If you lived closer I would take you to the strip club.
Yea we've all made mistakes...those of us who learn and move on have a promising future. Process the pain and the rejection. But know that you are lovable and appreciated and respected. The people on this board validate that everytime you share yourself here on this board. No it's not like a lovers love and admiration. But it will hold you up when you can't find that strength within yourself. Cry, yell, punch holes in the wall do whatever....this is a process and you have begun your journey......with your tears you begin to accept this new reality and grow strength in your solidarity. Do the work don't run from it. When you face it , feel it, talk about it, cry over it.....it ends and Your happiness does return to you again.
I'm so sorry you had to go through this. You are under a lot of stress be kind to yourself. ((((((HUGS)))))
