I was thinking today, (yes, I know how to do that!) and it came to me that the next time I am on the phone with The Stbx, and he starts spewing his venom, I am simply going to say to him,
"are you still alive?" -OR- "youre not dead yet?"

Thought you all would get a kick out of that, thats all:)

next time say (name) are you sure you dialed the right number...this is your mother.....or on a more mature level tell him that the dr suess books will arrive shortly so he can widen his vocabulary.

If you don't mind being a little silly and immature, talk really LOUD and say " NO,I WILL NOT MAKE OUT WITHOUT YOU!!!!!" then just hang up.

I think I have the real stooper...meaning stooping to his level...after his rant, kind of ask in the other direction, like you were talking to another person in the room with you and say, (childs name) did you hear how daddy talks to your mommy?

OOO, that is bad! I would NEVER, but...maybe do it when she wasnt really there and let him think she is:)

Since my Redneck husband LOVES country music...I am going to say the same thing he use to tell me when we were together...He use to tell me, "Here's a quarter call someone who cares." I am doing to tell him, "Here's a quarter, I think you know what to do with it.....Talk to my lawyer!" :)

tell him his divorces will be delivered in 30 minutes or less or it's free........that should keep him busy for a couple of days.....you know us men....free is good no matter how long it takes ;)
