So my stupid ass husband decide he didn't wanna be with me. Let me up route my life in everything. We did all this back and forth with words to still come to the conclusion that he doesn't wanna be with me. So I contacted him cause I found some one his info with my stuff told Him I'ma put it in the mail. Then told him I will contact him in the near future about the divorce. This MF gonna tell me he's not signing nothing and he's not going to show up to court like ok so you don't wanna be with me but you want me to stay married to you you clown I don't understand! I really just don't understand.

Does he has richness? Money, house whatever . Maybe he is thinking that divorcing you he is gonna lose part of them. Otherwise he must be kind of mentally sick. Not being with you but not giving you the divorce is stupid. Or maybe he is doing this on purpose just to hurt you. Unfortunately this world is full of jerks. I wish you the best. Hugs

Sorry and hugs my ex husband did that for a complete year then found a new girl and wanted the divorce. It pissed me off

Well it depends on the state but

"If you served the divorce petition on your spouse, and he or she filed an uncontested response, but won't sign off on the final divorce papers, courts in some states may allow the case to proceed as though it's uncontested. You may wait to be assigned a court appearance date."

So you can still file divorce and go though it.

Yeah most states if he does not show up you.can get what ever you want. Just make sure he gets properly served if he is dumb enough not to show you are way better off.
