It's been a good while since I've been on here. Just have not for several reasons, but something happened a couple weeks ago I wanted to share.
Background: Devastated when my husband left me for someone else. Someone he met online-he went looking-at least 6 months before he let me know he was unhappy. He moved her to our small town and married her a little over a year ago. We lived in a very very small town. Eventually, I couldnt stand the possibility of running in to him/them, so I quit my job and moved somewhere else. But, I'm still tying up loose ends there so I am in the town more weekends than not.
I was up there a couple of weekends ago. Went out to dinner on Saturday night with a friend. Needed some things from Walmart so after dinner I went there so I wouldnt have to stop the next day. Had what I wanted and was looking at some jewelry, when out of the corner of my eye, I saw THEM pass by. There were aways away. I dont think they saw me. Hit me like a ton of bricks. Started having a panic attack. Abandoned my b uggy and got out of there as fast as I could.
All the way to where I was staying, I was thinking "I have to go home NOW. I'm not waiting till tomorrow". Panic attack city. In the end, I stayed over night and went home the next day as planned. I was pretty upset about the whole thing. It was not until late the next day that I realized- I DIDN'T CRY!!! I didnt! Upset? Sure. Panic? You bet! But not one single tear. That is so huge, I wanted to share it.....

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
Hugs
I had a dr. Appt. today, when he found out I had my IUD removed in Nov (I went to another dr for that) he asked what I was doing for birth control. I said I got divorced ........ and guess what? I didn't cry, I think that was the first time I didn't at least tear up when saying that........yea for us, by George I think we're going to make it!
