Second, Americans with Disabilities Act protects your son. As bad as everything he's done to you, you might get the fastest response in contacting them. You also need an attorney that specializes in disability divorce cases. Your son may (probably) will be entitled to child support for an extended period of time/ life (depending on degree of disability).
