I am really going to miss having someone special going out sailing with me next year. Last year was the first vacation that I went out by myself without the ex. She didn't want to go out on the boat (she said that she hated it) but when the relationship was good we had good times on the boat. It was always nice to have her along and I admit that it can get lonely when you are out sailing all by your onesies.
I really pray that I find a woman, someday, that will enjoy going out on the boat and cruising with me. That would be a dream come true but I have a bad feeling that many women wouldn't enjoy the long sailing trips.
I remember the first year we had the boat and we were sailing around in the Chesapeake Bay. My ex would sit up against the bulkhead in the cockpit and read and look up and smile at me from time to time while I was steering the boat. Few times we were out in the middle of the bay with no other boats in sight and she was sunbaithing topless....Ugh. Good memories.
I really hope that there is a woman out there for me who will enjoy those things.

Hang in there. btw, I have a 27yr old friend who doesnt smoke, works with me so would be familiar with your job or past or future job, single, doesnt smoke, does want kids at some point..... get the picture? and also, she is on my myspace page..... hint hint. :-)

Someday I hope that i too can share this type of private and special memory with someone special.
