Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
You say you are a stranger here, but I have to say when we all here are experiencing the same type of pain, we are more than just strangers to one another...we all have a common bond and it allows us to feel close to others who are going through the same type of pain.
I don't know when the pain will end. I am much better than I was 2 months ago, but not near where I need to be. I wish I knew when all the pain would subside.
I so hope you and your children can start feeling some relief from the pain very soon.
I do care. I am sure many others will echo my sentiments.
All my best

Please don't feel like a stranger, I've only been on this forum a few days and I've been welcomed with open arms.
You are a strong wonderful woman, who is there for her kids. You allow yourself to take your pain and hide it for the sake of your kids. Hun, if that isn't a person who is strong and incredible I don't know what is. The most unselfish act is to take the pain of others for our own.
Know that you are doing your kids justice by moving on. They will see the strength of a woman and learn that a marriage isn't like this, it's not supposed to be an abusive relationship.
Tears are a way of releasing the emotion we feel. You are allowed to cry. And because we aren't there next to you to hug you and wipe your tears, just think we'd all be taking turns doing so.
*hugs*
God Bless you and Keep you.
