First off hi to any and all of my old friends...I know I kinda vanished for the longest time. And hello to any that I don't know as well.
I am not entirely sure how I am feeling and I honestly feel like I am going crazy right now. It's been close to 2 years that I have been dealing with stuff and I (foolishly) had thought that maybe I was done with it. After much thought and prayer I finally prayed and asked God to help me forgive my ex. Well the past few days I suddenly have overwhelming feelings of guilt for what happened to my niece, pain over what happened...kinda feels like it just happened all over again. I have felt like doing nothing but crying.
So what happened?? How did I go from being ok to feeling like shit again and how do I get it to go away?

In your last relationship, you thought you were pregnant and he moved away.....leaving you in a turmoil of pain, angst and a sense of abandonment. You have not fully moved on from the pedophile ex and all the fragments that were left behind from that awful experience. You gave your heart to another and he left. It is snowballing on you because you really have not found closure and forgot to concentrate on you.

recovery, at least emotional, is not a A-to-B-to-C process... its more like a-b-a-b-a-c-d-a-b....
just like grief, which this sorta is anyways...
all that to say, you're normal... you'll make it through!!!
Health has been good for the most part...biggest problem has been I was in a car accident about 6 weeks ago. God was there and protected us. My elbow hit the door and I have had A LOT of pain in it, went to the ER a couple times with no real results...and it is finally beginning to improve. I really think there might have been a small fracture that was somehow missed.
I fully thought that your Xmas gift got there because I went missing from here right around that time and now I just feel worse that it didn't and I am so sorry.
Was hoping that someone would understand what was going on and let me know I wasn't really going crazy. Love ya Z *hugs* how have you been?
