I remember reading that babies thrive on human contact. What about adults? Do you think that we need to be touched and held? If so, will somebody poke, or punch me?

I didnt like it when I was with my husband but absolutely crave it now. I have a 17 yr old that, a few months ago, liked to hug and cuddle but she is not so much any more. Yup need some touching here.

I think everybody needs to be touched. It's vital to feeling a part of something and not isolated.

I believe it is normal to need to be touched and held. Most adults thrive on human contact.

Others... not so much.

i love it, need it, want it....
we are human and on this earth to live together and be there for eachother, we need that touch...
only mean nasty people dont get that touch,

a good warm hug is the bes in the world and money cant buy a true hug from a friend
