How will I ever get though this you may ask? How can I survive this tragedy in my life?
Here is the thing. We never ever have control on our lives. No matter what we do there are variables that we can not control.
It is a day to day thing. Some days are better than the next and some days are worse. The key is to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Don't stop moving forward. It is okay to look back and remember but it isn't healthy to dwell on it. Learn from the past. It is these times that defines who we are.
Jimmy Buffett sang a song called "Breathe In, Breathe out, Move On." The message in this song is a good one. I have posted this song many times on here and also the lyrics. This song helped me during some of my trying times.
How do we move on? We keep on moving and don't sit still no matter how steep the hill is. Why do we move on? Because we must if we don't want to be left behind.
Today my life is still not totally recovered from this whole mess. It is pretty damn close to where I want it, but things will never be exactly where we want them. Realize this, hold this dear, and keep moving!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
