I went swimming with a couple of friends today and then we came back to my sister's house and had a big cookout with tons of food and lots of people and then went to see fireworks. Had passing thoughts of my ex but overall I was able to have a fun day and not let negative thoughts get in the way.

How was everyone else's day?

Mine was interesting to say the least..Has to do with my neighbor, I wrote in my journal about it for my friends to see..

But after all that happened It was a good day, I took a 4 hour nap, after I BBQ'ed for me and my son, we both ate way too much food..

Now I am trying to relax and figure out if land mines are legal..
