Its always easier said than done. i always tell my friends "just go with it, let it be" but when it comes to me, why why why must i fight it, how DO you let it be?

letting go of the husband, to accept the fact that its over, for me to move on instead of drag on.

it just takes time. One small step at a time, like the erosion of a mountain. Anything can happen with enough time.

Hi,
Yes time is the answer and stay busy. but no so busy that you don't deal with your fellings. You'll have bad days and some not so bad days. The good days come later.

I think being on here helps. I also think using the journal here or a real journal helps. It really feels good to get your feelings out. Like everyone else is saying - it will take time and you will have ups and downs. I am also search for how to let go and let things be. It is so hard sometimes, but I think that we will all do it together.
