I seem to have got stuck in my feelings lately. I have been seperated for over 3 years, and up until August of last year, was hoping to get back together. That's when I found out about his OW. I took it hard, but pulled myself out of the whole I was in, and started to heal and move on. 4 months later I meet a friend who I enjoyed spending just friend time with. Nothing to crazy just a friend. When he found out, it was around Valentines day, and all of a sudden he wanted to work things out. I never really gave it much thought, because I knew he really didn't want to, just didn't want me moving on. Since then, I have been stuck..... I can't deal with the lonliness, and emptiness I feel everyday. I feel like I am starting all over again..... I just can't seem too move on...................

Pray for the strength and courage to let go. Get out and make some new friends. I know it is hard, but you need to do it if you really want to move on. I am sorry for your pain today and pray it gets better for you. Hugs.

Thank you... I really am trying. I go to work everyday, and come and feel just emptiness. I have a great support system around me, but it's the lonliness that is bringing me down. I see a therapist, and try to hit the gym as often as I can. But seeing how easy it is for him to move on makes me feel worse.

When he said he wanted to work things out was he still seeing the other woman>? what did he say to you and what did you end up saying to him? have either of you filed for divorce?

He bought me a ton on Valentine presents, and said he still loved me and was hoping that I would consider working things out. His OW lives in another state, so They really don't see each other that much. That's how I found out about her. He went to visit her in October. He courted me for about 2 weeks straight. Everyday, several times a day, and I started to think... Maby.... after 3 years he has changed. I did not tell him how I felt. And just like that, he returned to his cave. Said he knows he loves me, but he can't seem to get close to me or anyone. He also has done alot of crying lately. I knew he would do this, so that's why I never really gave it to much thought. He still tries to contact me, but I keep it about the kids. I am just so confused and lonely.

I am in a similar situation with a flip flopping husband. At some point do you just get sick of the indecisiveness and the lack of commitment? I know that I do and I am at the point where I have lost faith in my husband. I don't believe in him anymore. It's tough, but out of our control. Let's control what we can and that is ourselves.

That is where I am at this point in my life, and the sting of it all over again. I know things will never be the same between us, so I also have lost the faith. I guess that is why I am feeling stuck. I don't know where my next move is, I just don't. Never really had a plan "B".
