Down load stuff from "you tube"? I am so computer illiterate, or so it appears. I thought it would be easy and I could figure it out on my own (duh, obviously not!), I can email them but how the hell do I put them in a thread like all of the rest of you, obviously smarter people than I, can apparently do without any trouble? Do a good deed today, help out a fluffy blonde!

copy paste can be your friend... simply go to the youtube link you want then go to the file path highlight it then copy then come to where you want it posted and click paste. eh viola done.

1) Find the video you want.
2) Copy the url (That bunch of gobbledygook at the top of your screen).
2) Paste the url where ever you want people to see it.

You can't actually download the videos from YouTube. Unless you have RealPlayer 11, that is. Then you can download them and play them right off of your PC/Mac.

Like Pasta said (but this may be easier) - highlight the URL, hit ctrl C then go to where you want to paste it and hit ctrl V.

Kay, you know me so don't laugh? Do you need to have both the youtube and DS windows open or do you just control C then close out of youtube and back to DS and hit it again. Daing I am glad I am not the only one that doesn't know this stuff! Thanks Deb and Gay! I don't think we are alone, just brave enough to admit it!

Should work either way - but I usually leave both open incase I don't "grab" it.

Do you know about alt-tab?

You can have YouTube and DS open at the same time in different windows (or tabs, if you swing that way).

Copy the url from the YouTube window (or tab), then press alt-tab (That's pressing the alt key and hitting the tab button at the same time) over to DS.

PS Did I tell you hitting ctrl then C on your computer if you are a gator fan and a dawg fan told you to do so will completely wipe out your hard drive and kill all of the batteries in your vibrator?
