how did we get here and how do we get back to where we were or to someplace better. is it expected that the relationship will deteriorate?

Then cam the cheating. She eventually slept with someone else. I didn\'t know it at first but her attitude started changin dramatically. She says that I had neglected I marriage and that I had not fulfilled my husbandly duties at home. THen she made the statement what one man won\'t do another one will. since then it has been down hill as of January she ssays she is moving out. Like you I could never get her to go to a couciling session with me I never could understand why. She said that I needed to work out my issues and if it got better she would stay.
It takes two people to fix a relationship. If he doesn't want to go to counseling, it sounds like he doesn' want to change. If he isn't willing to go to counseling, can you ask him what other efforts he is going to make to fix the relationship.
