Breakups are hard enough, but even harder when you have laid everything on the line. When you have tried so hard and have no answers why it did not work. Trying is your strength though, and it will get better. I know it is hard to believe but you must have faith. You are not alone, know that you are a man than has a lot of love and that your love has not wavered. I am going through a divorce and my love has not wavered one bit however, I love MY self more so I had to take a step of filing to feeL better about myself, just like yourself you have dignity and empowerment to get through this.
You are truly supported on this network so please know that there is tons of sad hearts on this forum, my hope is that your heart heals and know YOU ARE TRULY THE BIGGER PERSON!!!!
You deserve a lot better and you look gorgeaus too,, you seem kind caring ,,genuine ,,,i know no matter what any of us say you will still feel the pain but you really dont want a cheating scheming low life as a partner your far too good for that ,,,one day at a time xxxxxxx

Believe me I'm right there with you on feeling lonely, hurt, and often angry.
Try to get out if you can.
I've done various things - went ice skating, walk in the park, hike at the beach, cycling, and etc. I try to do things where there are people out having fun. Seeing kids and people out having fun & laughing somehow helps a bit.
