Breakups are hard enough, but even harder when you have laid everything on the line. When you have tried so hard and have no answers why it did not work. Trying is your strength though, and it will get better. I know it is hard to believe but you must have faith. You are not alone, know that you are a man than has a lot of love and that your love has not wavered. I am going through a divorce and my love has not wavered one bit however, I love MY self more so I had to take a step of filing to feeL better about myself, just like yourself you have dignity and empowerment to get through this.

jim, man the weekends are the hardeat for me every body is out doing things with there familys @ i got nothjin, I go to church hopeing for giudence REligion @ just plain old friendship and when its over every body says goodbye have a good week @ then they get in the car with there family @ go home to spend sunday together I used to love sundays now I dread theam and it seems to me like its always a friend so that makes you feel evev worse about yore friend @ wife @ youreself you wonder how long were they thinking about trhis opr even worse4 doing something behind tore back. its really hard man I went to counsling for 2 years @ then tryed to get back together with her, it didnt work just remember if she will do it with youre friend she will do it to youre friend. give it tme what comes around goes around

Thank you to each and every one of you! I am really having a tough time and made things worse by sleeping in today. I am going to get through this but it hurts so bad to have it right in my face everyday.

Sorry to hear. You're not alone. My stbxw has been dating my older son's former hockey coach. I only found out a few months ago because she left her emails open on our family computer. Sux.

Believe me I'm right there with you on feeling lonely, hurt, and often angry.

Try to get out if you can.

I've done various things - went ice skating, walk in the park, hike at the beach, cycling, and etc. I try to do things where there are people out having fun. Seeing kids and people out having fun & laughing somehow helps a bit.
