As you all are well aware I am still stuck in the doldrums. Now I am having a heatwave. It was over 100 degrees when I came to my boat this afternoon after getting back from taking care of some stuff.
I had to go by the house today. The wife wasn't there. I am sort of glad for that.
I tried to get her to let me take her to dinner for her birthday, in two weeks, at her favorite restaurant. She said, flat out, NO! She won't tell me what I did to tick her off, all she keeps saying is that we are totally different people.
I then wrote her this (we do email some but usually only business stuff):
You have seen the symbol called Yen and Yang? It represents two opposing forces coming together. THey are equally ballanced so there is Harmony. You and I may be different but that is not causing the problem. The problem is because we are out of harmony. We need to communicate to re-establish the harmony.
I doubt that she will even read it. I wish that she wasn't so stubborne!

You are such a great person, you know you deserve better than what she is giving you!
I hate the way society is today. It is like that commericial:
If your car is broken, get a new one
If you don't like your job, get a new one...
if your marriage isn't working, get a new one.
That is such crap! Broken things need to be fixed. When my arm was broken I didn't cut it off, the doctor fixed it with surgery. It then healed. Sometimes broken things need extra help to heal but they will heal!
