So yesterday I spoke to my STBX since he's been so wishy washy I told him to just say it tell me exactly what he is going to do and it was go through with the divorce... in the back of my mind I knew I cried but only for a few minutes i suddenly stopped I dont know why everything seemed like it was gonna be alright... difficult but alright. I finally know what I have to do. Later that night my best friend sent me this goofy photo .. he's been trying so hard to make me happy again... anyway I laughed so hard it was something I hadn't done in a month... the next day I went to see a lawyer and it was an ok feeling to take the step... I even have a tiny bit of excitement for my future NOW HERES THE PART THAT SHOCKED ME ... my sister asked me if I had enough money and I New I could just keep our home (which I can't but anyway) would u still want to be married to him .... there was a long pause and I think the answer would be no ... I don't know if this feeling will last I hope it will. So now the one problem I have is there is a mouse in my house and he won't go in the live trap and I won't hurt any animal LOL
We had been building up to that for 12
Long years and the last 4 he was really
A Checked out spouse, looking/ thinking
about other women.
I still went to work that night and the next
Day we talked again and i reiterated what
He said and asked some more questions.
I told him he was a married man and no
Dating or going away with his friend and i
was Not leaving the house. He left in a big
huff to move In with his mother.
None of the separation or divorce process
Is easy even if you weren't getting along
And they are cheating.
All the bad stuff they said to you and about
You has a way of being Played back in your
mind and you question Yourself and your own
reality of your marriage.
