My husband tells me that he wants me out of the house. OK, so I'm working on that.

He constantly tells me that I need to save my money so I can move out. Ok, I'm working on that too. However: \/

How the hell can I do that when he keeps taking MY food to his mothers when he leaves for the week?

He works about 1 1/2 hours away from home. So to save "his" money, he decided to stay at his mothers during the week. He is saving a bundle in fuel - while I'm still stuggling not only with the cost of gas but also to feed my daughter. Especially since he keeps taking the food I'm buying for her.

UGH!!!!! I can't wait to get out.

Because when he is home, he still expects me to be his maid and his financial supporter. He wants me to cook and clean up all his messes while he runs the street with whom ever he is infactuated with this week. I'm done being walked all over - used - and degraded.

Get a court order for him to stay out of the house...

In the mean time, lock that food up, hide it, don't buy it until he is gone, whatever it takes...

as far as being the maid and cook.... DON'T DO IT!

and as for the money... put it into a account with your name only on it.

Don't know your whole story, or if that is his child. It may just be the way you worded the post, whatever, but my thoughts are Id tell HIM to get out, and your plans are no longer any of his damn business and to buy his own food or you'll start putting epicac in it. I'm obviously feeling tired of bullshit this morning.

Oh yeah, the maid thing. Tell him you pick up after yourself and your child and your tired of looking at his crap. Tell him you can't wait until HE'S gone, and tell him you hope he's been looking.

We have separate accounts. He did that 4 years ago.

As for a court order, I don't want the house. I can't afford it and I want a new start - - - away from all the bad memories.

Food situation - not so easy to hide the meats and perishables with out them going bad. As for the freakin spices he took, well, I will replace them and keep them in the trunk of my car. I already hide the toilet paper and paper towels in my car. He can buy his own TP to wipe his a**.

Today I am very bitter - so please bare with me. I am pissed at him and just glad that I'm not crying over whats been lost.

None of my businees, but I had a judge order the sale of the house, and my name wasn't even on the deed. I suffered and that fucker was going to give me my half of that house and support. And he did. Because the judge told him he had no choice.

What about t buying the meats and perishable only as you need them, not sure where you're but put a cooler in your car, and keep them in there.

I'm in Canada and its cold enough now to do that.

New Again - thanks for the reply - I just want out. The house is in shambles because he's too busy drinking and running the streets. The value has dropped dueto the economy. We will eventually have no choice but to file bankruptcy. Which, I'm fine with.

Burntriver - It's cold at night - but too warm during the day. I may try to bring some to work and leave it here. Then hope and pray no one takes it home. LOL
