So after 2 full days of talking after I told him I was leaving, he begged me to give him another chance. I did. And I'm immediately regretting it. It's been 3 weeks and he's reverted right back to the same bullshit that made me want to leave in the first place. I can't fucking stand him anymore... his temper, his screaming all the time, never finishes anything he starts (I've been finishing painting the new house for 4 days now... alone). And guess what? He's been sleeping on my new couch for 2 days straight.
I made a big mistake giving him another chance and I need him to get out. I'll never be happy again if I stay with him.
In a court of law that's called ABANDONMENT.

Many suggest it in abuse cases.
What I suggest is abuse cases is the "stand your ground" rule, where you don't run but have the offender removed by the cops and a restraining order put in place.
But this isn't an abuse case, it's a case of irreconcilable differences where as jojored suggests you can seriously complicate and delay a permanent dissolution of the marriage if that's what you're seeking.
