Not one of my better days. It's snowing and I'm freezing. My stbx is treating me like shit. He wants the divorce and wants me to move out as soon as possible so he can be with his online Purto Rico slut who he actually met up with a few weeks ago, I even signed for something she Fedexed to him the other day and didn't even make a fuss about it. We will be signing the divorce papers this Monday. The divorce will be quick. No waiting period. I'm goaling to get the hell out of here right after the taxes are filed and paid. The end of next month or early Febuary. I will be moving out of state. Back to California where I'm from. I don't know what the hell eles I can do so he won't be such an ass to me.

The last moments of finality seem to be magnified larger than life. Just try not to interact with him as best you can. February is only around the corner and focus on your plan of action. Please don't let the negativity get the better of you.

Thank you ZXJ. I'll do my best to keep my focus on my plans and try not to let his crap get to me. Can't promise I won't tear his ass off when I have to stand up for myself. I absoluetly refuse to be his doormat any longer.

Good for you for having a plan in place and for making the decision to no longer take any of his crap!!
You should be very proud of yourself for looking forward, it's hard to put things in motion sometimes, but it sounds like you are well on your way to a new life.
I certainly hope you keep right on taking care of your self and looking to the future.

Oh I am so sorry to hear its gone so downhill! yes the weather has been sooo snowy here too. It is always about 10 deg lower then us where you are. Im glad you have a plan for what your going to do when its over with, but im gonna be sad your moving so far away!

I remember the days and weeks after the split up with my ex. I called that time survival mode. I forced my emotions onto the back burner and did what I had to do. Make new living arrangements, put together a visitation plan for my son, concentrated on my job, etc. My focus gave me strength to wade through that first month of hell. Looks like you're doing the same. It helps you so that you're not consumed by your emotions.

The sooner the better, for the healing. Come back to California. He won't be such an ass to you here. You can bet on it. Come spend some time on the beach, take a trip to a spa in the desert, and finish off with a weekend in the mountains!

Yeah Dab living under the same roof with the stbx really sucks but soon you and I will be free of them.

Even though I'm moving away we will still be in contact Redphish.

Living with my STBX at the time was the hardest thing I have done. He continued to be him and I felt so trapped. BUT it changed once I moved and he no longer was in my view.
I spend many days at the beach now, walking barefoot in the warm sand. Set your mind to a place in the not too distant future and check off those days in your head, and soon you will be there. Big healing hugs, Kimmee

Yeh Kimmee, I can't stand the site of him anymore it turns my stomach. I have a feeling it's going to be easier on me to let go of him once I'm on my own because of all of the crap he's putting me through now. I'm hoping it will come as a hughe realief and I will finally get some peace.

Oh, Lauren, I'm so sorry. I can only say I hope the days pass quickly for you if it's not possible for him to grow a heart and be kind to you. Being in an emotionally abusive situation myself, I hope that you can take the high road and not allow yourself to be pulled down to their level.
