I know how painful it is to go through a breakup / divorce and if you're the partner that is the one that was left and still wants to be in the marriage its pure hell! My husband left me in April of 2012 and I still am mouring our relationship / marriage I still am deeply in love with him and he is so... Scream...
oops sorry about that I just hate this I literally saw him today he was across the street from my home visiting his friend my neighbor. I have not physically seen him since October 9th 2012 and it hurts so much to I went for 4 weeks without any contact I literally blocked him from everything... all social media would not text back and would not answer the phone not that he tried to call but... that seemed to help me immensely however there was an incident with my girlfriends son who passed away and I was publicly posting on all social medias about event I was holding to raise money for his funeral costs, and her legal ..medical expenses and bammmmmm... it started again 2 weeks ago maybe 3 sometimes time just flies by and I don't realize before I know it a weeks passes and just overwhelmed by everything... anyways sorry about that he contacted me via websites and started the conversation and then before I knew it he was posting on my facebook Google Plus and then texting my phone calling me and then we even did hang out which is a video chat kind of thing where you can actually see the other person live I thought oh my gosh he's come to his senses he probably wants me back ...but nope just roped me in and then boof off like a cannon... Best thing to do block all forms of communication everything the only way to start.... stop thinking of them...
good luck God bless sorry for that bit of a rant!
volunteer - foster pets. work with the elderly. work at the food bank. build a home with habitat for humanity.
exercise. walk. run. dance. get moving.
set new goals for yourself - do you want to go back to school? work on it. do you want to learn a new language? then do it. run a 5k. go out and talk to the butterflies. stay busy.
I was lacking money when I was going thru a divorce - so I went to the library a lot - bought inexpensive puzzles and put them together - colored - journalned - exercised - went to counseling - stayed as busy as I could - set goals and learned about me. I made notecards with positive quotes on them and hung them on my wall. I picked wildflowers and put them around my apartment.
There is a HUGE world out there. Lots of opportunities. Design the life you want.
xoxo
In a fresh breakup, people sometimes look to get back what they lost, from a point in time that was happy.
I'm certain that if you look at your relationship in it's entirety, someone, was not happy for the majority of it.
