My husband left two months ago completely blindsided me. He pretended everything was fine the morning of and when I came home from work he said he was leaving. We didn’t have a big fight. No one cheated. I was So In shock that I couldn’t even cry when he said it. I am having the worst time dealing with this. I have a therapist. I belong to a Divorce Care group. I am trying but I feel gutted. What do I do? I am so sad all the time. We have a 7 year old and I am trying to keep it together for him but I feel like I am always failing. The reasons my husband gave me are things that are very fixable on our own and even better with a therapist, counselor whomever. He won’t do anything. He is almost cruel sometimes in the way he says things. I don’t want this I want my husband back. I need help. I have the worst anxiety and panic attacks. My heart is crushed.
