It's been a rough week a lot of ups and downs. I think it's ending on an up. It still hurts but the pain is manageable. I think next week I'm going to set up an appointment for therapy. It's hard getting up in the morning but I do it everyday. My stbx texted me today telling me he is happy and moving on and I need to let him go. We have only been separated a week and a half l. And it's not like I'm asking for him back. I'm trying to move on learning to live alone. Learning how to live. I have made it really far this week and I'm proud of myself. He wants me to give him my social security card info to file I told him to get a lawyer and I would talk to the lawyer. I don't trust him or the woman he is with and he moved 4 hours away so I don't know what he would do. Any thoughts am I doing the right thing?
You are strong and capable. You might not see it today but you are going to be ok and stronger without him. One day you will look back and be grateful. Have hope...
