Constant yelling, being put down, and for the lack of a better word dominated into it. She used guilt as a weapon, and made me feel so pathetic and weak, and helpless that I did it solely to make her happy. I'm not proud of it, but I did it because I loved her, and wanted to make her happy. As far as doctor's go, I haven't seen one in 7 1/2 years, until recently. Lack of funds, and her not willing to go into Pittsburgh for me to see someone was a big problem. Hope that answers your question.
I don't mind physical therapy, but it hurts, and I come home every time very weak compared to when I go in. Also, I find it a bit demoralizing due to the fact that I'm unable to do such basic tasks. I know in time this will get better as I regain my strength, but for right now it is still kicking my butt.
