I can't figure out this one but I am fighting with francess Farmer again. I am on a med for depression and I haven't felt like this in a while. It isn't a bad depression or anything like that but it is there and I am fustrated and slightly depressed. I have been like this for the past few days. Maybe it is the change in seasons, who knows? I hope that I shake this soon because it sucks.

With the holidays, the election, and a bunch of other things on top of it being overcast...it's been hard to be a happy camper these last few weeks.
I try to eat healthy, maybe get some sunlight when it happens...maybe I just need some more vitamin D?
Oh, and I got screwed over at work again...i am stuck on night shift for longer now. They promised to switch me when they could and they put someone else in my dayshift slot because they said that they needed to. It wasn't like they were more senior to me or anything like that.
