Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.

Send your daughter to a friend or relatives house the day you plan to give him the news. If you are truly affraid he will react violently ask a friend (preferably male and strong) to be there with you. Maybe in another room, ready to jump in if needed. Make sure your escape plan is set before you give him the news. Will you be asking him to move out or will you be the one to go? Either way make sure you have a place to stay if he refuses to leave.
HUGS!
You have a daughter to take care of. I suggest you look into your support options.
You are no longer in a relationship where the two of you can rely on unspoken cues, or body language, or even the shared history of each other. Hard as it may be, you have to resort to direct verbal communication.
So, what would happen if you looked at him one night and asked, "Are you happy?" Or, "I think maybe this isn't working. What do you think?"
