Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. I am lonely as well at night and I want something more but it has to be after I get past what I am feeling right now. Take the time to feel your feelings, heal, and then look forward to a man that will treat you like you should be. It will happen....have faith.
Join some local organizations. Volunteer at a hospital. Get yourself out of your four walls. My first outing without him will be on Sunday. Going to meet a group of gals all similar to my age group. They get together and do different activities as a group. Whether everyone comes or two. I'm looking forward to it. Get something else on your mind. Stand tough. You can go this for you, it's important.
You loved yourself enough to get out of that relationship. That was huge. You loved yourself enough to protect yourself from him. Again, that was not something minimal. Love yourself now. Treat yourself as you would treat a loved one who was hurting. Shift your focus to things which make you happy. Do things which make you feel good. I know that it isn't the warm time of year but is there any place outdoors you really enjoy? Get out there and feel the sun on your face. Certain picture, TV shows or movies. Foods, activities. Whatever you can think of in a good light, hold that close.
Keep on loving yourself and you will find hope returns...

Start researching yourself and find them.
It's much harder to heal and make progress when you keep seeing your ex, for whatever reason. I know it often feels like you're not getting anywhere, when he keeps showing up and knocking you back down on all the progress you've made. But go back and read some of your earlier stuff that you posted here, then read the more recent stuff. You really are progressing and you've gotten a lot stronger. Keep on plugging away, stay strong and keep loving yourself. Focus on anything and everything positive that you can find, no matter how small.
