I agree...and it's upsetting for sure. I can't put my finger on it exactly...nor am I trying...I've got enough to worry about so I don't need to figure out why I agree with you but I do. It's upsetting because people come here for support and even to get their mind of things with the OT threads...all good and fine. But it does get upsetting reading through threads and trying to learn something via the good advice or even just trying to get you mind off things (and there is great advice on here) but also having to deal with the bullshit. I don't get it but again nor will I try to make sense of it. I don't get the random...but not random people who come on and start things and drown out all the good topics and even worse take over the good topics. I always stay out of it...I don't need the drama its ridiculous and childish and it's just not worth getting involved. I agree with HeyWeExisted in that if you want to change you need to just isolate yourself and DO the work. I feel that that is what I'm trying to do..DOING the work..but it is frustrating to have to filter through the bullshit for sure. It's depressing and just not healthy. Just my 2 cents. I hope I didn't rile people up if I did so be it. People who know me know that I don't start shit. I'm here with a purpose to get support and to offer support nothing more.
